We believe that building team cohesion can improve business efficiency. Team cohesion refers to a group of individuals who feel connected to each other and are driven to achieve a common goal. A big part of team cohesion is to stay united throughout the project and feel that you have indeed contributed to the success of the team. In our company, we work as a team to achieve our goals. In recent years, we have taken few steps to make our staff lively and letting them inspires to use their knowledge best.
In this way, we organized a team-building activity from June 2 to 4 in Nanan to strengthen our cohesion. In these 3 days we made few tasks of enjoyment. We were divided into 3 team. On the first day, we planned to climb the mountain. It was nice going there but on the way it suddenly rained heavily, but we didn’t stop in rain fall until reach our goal, we continued to finish it. It was a bit challenging to climb up there but everyone was willing and it was exciting feeling. At the night, we cooked food for our team by ourselves.
The next day, we played baseball. In the morning we practice individually in each team and in the afternoon we organized a competition among three teams and competed against each other. That was awesome competition and better feeling for everyone. In the final day, we were racing dragon boats, and with that amusing task we finished our events. It caused laughter and entertainment for all of us .
As a result, we got a huge impact on corporate culture and employee satisfaction. We tried let them believe that they are not strangers for each other to work in a place. Understanding each other will bring comfort to individuals working as a team. We think, we are really done successfully with that team building events.
